Plastics play a major role in our life. Normally, we use them to put in our groceries or to store some of our leftover food. Plastics can also be found in our children’s toys, feeding bottles, milk jugs, piping and films. Plastics are extremely useful and should be reused often.

Your milk and beverage bottles, which are made of the tough high density polyethylene, can be recycled into pipes, detergent containers or pails. The low density polyethylene that is used to make the flexible garment and grocery bags can be recycled into new trash bags. The most popular type is PET or polyethylene tephthalate which is used in our soft drink bottles and other food packaging can be recycled into carpeting or other containers and bottles.
